The Kawakawa and lavender balm is a wonderful product to have on hand for any skin irritation, dryness or to soothe areas that have been scraped, had bites, cuts or even sunburn. Many love to use it as a hand cream and general moisturiser. The balm absorbs well into the skin without leaving a greasy residue behind.

My preschooler loves to grab it for anything -ANYTHING-on her skin!

The Kawakawa and Lavender Balm is great for sensitive skin and may help soothe dry, irritated or eczema prone skin.

Background: Kawakawa has been used as a traditional Maori medicine, to reduce inflammation and skin irritation. Used for centuries to aid in healing wounds, bruises, minor cuts, infections and eczema.

The addition of organic, unrefined shea butter makes the balm extra nourishing and moisturising for your skin. The shea butter contains natural vitamins and fatty acids that are beneficial  for dry and irritated skin.

Lavender essential oils are known to have a relaxing fragrance as well as be anti-inflammatory.

Ingredients: Kawakawa infused sweet almond oil, olive oil, New Zealand beeswax, organic unrefined shea butter, vitamin E, lavender essential oil

Kawakawa is native to NZ and is known to have wonderful healing qualities. You can find abundantly throughout forest areas and many backyards, look out for their unique heart shaped leaves. The more holes in the leaves, the better!

Although there is limited formal scientific research into Kawakawa, it has been used traditionally by Maori (and many others) for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

For external use only. Apply a small amount to skin first in case of allergies.

Store below 25 degrees. Discard contents 1 year after opening.
